• On Display 
• • Wait for a segment of the pass where the moisture value is stable.
  • When stable, note the moisture value.
• On Combine
• • 2 seconds after noting the moisture value - pull a grain sample of what is coming from the bubble auger
  • Test sample in a reliable moisture tester
  • Calculate difference between what was read on the display and what was read by the moisture tester  
• On Display
• Setup > Systems > Moisture Gain > Enter the difference as the offset 
• Save > Equip > Save and Load > Update Combine
  

Additional info:

While you are going through the field, make sure it's stable and moisture isn't jumping around. If Monitor reads different from moisture test, put in difference. Example: Monitor reads 16, moisture test reads 15, insert -1.
