• Start with Power, insert into four pin. ​
  
• Followed by 12 pin cab harness. (If plug is installed in DMB, pull it)
• 6 pin for OEM can.
• Speed Wide for 8 pin. 
• Make sure Power button is pressed in. 

Additional info:

If GPS is coming from outside the cab, you'll plug in GPS into GPS from Firewall. Also plug in FieldView ethernet if you're using Fieldview.
