Ensuring the farmer’s sprayer is ready to head to the field when April rolls around.

Assessing the farmers’ spraying performance.
Skills you will need to win:
Excellent Mechanical Aptitude.
High degree of technical troubleshooting skills.
Always be asking “how can this be done better”.
Strong communication skills and attention to details.
Have the ability to express empathy and ownership.
Must be comfortable with problem solving and not flustered by ever-changing advancements in technology.

Tasks throughout out the year:
Mid October – Mid February :
50% – Customer Support – Coaching of Maintenance, Service, and Installation.
40% – Sales Process – Helping farmers identify what solutions they need to move their operation forward.
10% – Looking for ways to improve everything from customer operations to backend support.
Mid February – Mid October :
35% – Supporting, Diagnosing, and Fixing infield planter breakdowns.
25% – Customer Support Coaching of Maintenance, Service, and Installation
20% – Education Process of helping farmers identify what solutions they need to move their operations forward.
10% – Riding with operators to ensure they know how to fully utilize their equipment.
10% – Looking for ways to improve everything from customer operations to backend support.
