​Service Technician


Do you value yourself and enjoy helping others excel? If so, we are looking for gracious people to come alongside our Client Success Advisor and serve farmers across the Panhandle with planter service and support.

  • Working with the Client Success Advisor (CSA) to deliver value to the farmer in each interaction.
  • Helping farmer’s get their planter ready before each season begins. 
  • Diagnose and repair in season issues on planters and seeders.
  • Look for ways to reduce breakdowns in season.

Tasks throughout out the year:

January– March:

  • 80% of the time is dedicated to servicing meters, install systems, and coach / helping farmers through planter maintenance.
  • 10% to keep your tools and parts clean, organized, and accessible.
  • 10% to find more effective ways to accomplish your work.

April – June:

  • 70% to supporting, diagnosing, and fixing infield planter breakdowns.
  • 10% to ride with operators to ensure they know how to fully utilize their equipment.
  • 10% to keep your tools and parts clean, organized, and accessible.
  • 10% to find more effective ways to accomplish your work.

June – December:

  • 50% of the time is dedicated to servicing meters, install systems, and coach / helping farmers through planter maintenance.
  • 30% to find more effective ways to accomplish your work. 
  • 10% to keep your tools and parts clean, organized, and accessible.
  • 10% to planning service part ordering with CSA for upcoming season
