- Diagnose and repair in season issues on planters and seeders.

Tasks throughout out the year:
January– March:
- 80% of the time is dedicated to servicing meters, install systems, and coach / helping farmers through planter maintenance.
- 10% to keep your tools and parts clean, organized, and accessible.
- 10% to find more effective ways to accomplish your work.
April – June:
- 70% to supporting, diagnosing, and fixing infield planter breakdowns.
- 10% to ride with operators to ensure they know how to fully utilize their equipment.
- 10% to keep your tools and parts clean, organized, and accessible.
- 10% to find more effective ways to accomplish your work.
June – December:
- 50% of the time is dedicated to servicing meters, install systems, and coach / helping farmers through planter maintenance.
- 30% to find more effective ways to accomplish your work.
- 10% to keep your tools and parts clean, organized, and accessible.
- 10% to planning service part ordering with CSA for upcoming season
