  • Creating machine performance plans, harmonizing a farmers objectives with the agronomic opportunities before him.
  • Help farmer’s get their planters and seeders ready before each season begins.
  • Look for ways to reduce breakdowns in season.
  • Assessing the farmers’ current planter performance.

  • Like problem solving and not flustered by ever-changing advancements in technology.
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • High degree of technical troubleshooting skills.

Tasks throughout out the year:

January– March:

  • 50% Pre-season Customer Support – Coaching of Maintenance, Service, and Installation.
  • 30% Education Process – Helping farmers identify what solutions they need to move their operation forward.
  • 10% Looking for ways to reduce breakdowns in season.
  • 10% Looking for more effective ways to accomplish your work.


April – June:

  • 50% In-season Customer Support - Diagnosing, and Fixing infield planter breakdowns. 
  • 20% Education Process – Helping farmers identify what solutions they need to move their operation forward.
  • 10% Riding with operators to ensure they know how to fully utilize their equipment.
  • 10% Looking for ways to reduce breakdowns in season.
  • 10% Looking for more effective ways to accomplish your work.


June – December:

  • 50% Education Process – Helping farmers identify what solutions they need to move their operation forward.
  • 20% Pre-season Customer Support – Coaching of Maintenance, Service, and Installation.
  • 10% Looking for ways to reduce breakdowns in season.
  • 10% Looking for more effective ways to accomplish your work.
  • 10% to planning service part ordering for upcoming season
